How
do I log in to LiveStats?
Go to the statistics server web page at http://stats.cartama.net.
If your account was created
before Jan 1st 2003, enter the username for your web site in the "Server
ID" box and click the Login button. Some accounts do have a username
and password, which you will need to enter.
If your account was created
after Jan 1st 2003, enter your domain name (without the www, e.g.
mydomain.com) in the "Server ID" box; your username and password are the
same as when your web site was initially set up. Click the Login button.
How
do I get weekly and monthly web statistics summaries by e-mail?
Log in to LiveStats (see above), then click on "Site Admin" at the top right of the page.
If there are no users
listed,
click on "Add User". Now enter a username, password, e-mail address,
check one or more of the summary boxes, and click Save. Use a password you will
remember! Preferably the same as for your web site. You can use this username and password to protect access to
the web statistics too (see below).
If there are users
listed,
click on a user. Enter your e-mail address and
check one or more of the summary boxes, and click Save.
Some accounts do not have a Site
Admin button. Call or e-mail and we'll fix it.
How
do I stop others from viewing my web site's statistics without a username
and password?
Unfortunately, you can't change this setting via the web interface. If it is
turned on for your account, call or e-mail and
we'll turn it off.

Billing
Why does the
bandwidth usage on my invoice not match what LiveStats tells me?
LiveStats measures the bandwidth usage in a
different way to the billing system and excludes some types of hits. Your
bill is more accurate -- it includes all web site usage, and FTP usage.

Do you
support WAP?
Both the e-mail server
and the Livestats Statistics Server support WAP. They are at
www.cartama.net/pocket and
stats.cartama.net, respectively.
